The lifeplan: development strategy to gain meaning and vision.
Some call this a ‘midlife’ crisis but at the Lifespan Collective this is a symptom of a more serious and deeper relationship with life. Focussing on the potential loss of meaning and vision as we age, this programme utilises a combination of proven strategies to introduce control, structure and facilitate contentment.
Course content:
This course comprises of 4 modules and is provided through a live webinar and builds on underlying principles and the most influential components to address lifestyle upheaval and dissatisfaction. The programme will comprise 2 days of of teaching, group activities, and several days of self-study.

- Recognise the aspects that lead to dissatisfaction and despondency with life.

- Self-evaluation strategies, recognising barriers and facilitators to achievement of aims.
- Learn to recognise and develop strategies for handling periods of despondency.
- Personalised planning to create vision.

- Identification of the positives (and negatives) in our life, which in turn and adapted or discarded in our favour.
- Mindset, visualising and strategising for what we truly want rather than gravitating to life-cliches.
- Psychology & Mindset: Explore the mental and emotional patterns that influence your wellbeing. You’ll gain tools for managing stress, building resilience, and creating a mindset that supports positive change.
- Coping with relapse – strategies to help recognise and respond to down-times.
- Planning & Strategising for Change: Learn how to set realistic goals, build effective strategies, and design a personal plan tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. Plan to adapt your life, meet life goals, capitalise on your strengths, build on weaknesses and negotiate barriers to achieve wellbeing.
- Implementation & Evaluation: Put your plan into action with guidance on forming habits, staying consistent, and tracking your progress. Monitor and self-evaluate lifestyle progression and adapt if need be.
- How health relates to contentment, recognition and progression.
